After the 30-day period, you will get rolled back to the Lite plan. Or you can start your Pro subscription by adding your payment information before the trial period gets over.




Can I change my plan later?


Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you downgrade, you'll be switched to the chosen plan from next month's cycle.




What if I want to cancel later?


You may cancel your subscription anytime. You can continue using your plan features for the remainder of that month's billing cycle till your next payment date. After the active month is over, your account will be rolled back to the free Lite plan and you can continue enjoying that for life.




Can you charge me in my local currency?


Yes, we accept payment in multiple currencies with more currencies being added soon. You can choose your currency on the payment page.




Do you offer any discounts?


Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for 1 year of service, we’ll give you a 10% discount. We also offer an additional 5% discount for team sizes of more than 10 sales reps.




How can I be confident that my CRM data is secure?


OneShot doesn’t need to collect or store any data from your CRM to function. OneShot reads your CRM data, just like a plugin or app. You can revoke that access anytime you want. The moment you revoke our access, OneShot can not read your data from that point on. Any transitory data that we use to create your views or dashboards is retrieved and removed in real-time.
